Meet The Team
We have an Executive Team focused on the day-to-day delivery of our projects and a Project Committee with an independent Chair and Non-Executive Members to provide strategic guidance, governance and oversight.
Executive Team
Tim has over 30 years’ experience in property development, working across all sectors throughout the UK. He originally arrived in Cornwall in 2018 to help Cornwall Council develop a development company that has now become Treveth Holdings LLP and has been managing the Partnership since its inception in July 2019.
Adam has extensive experience leading a stock transfer housing association to sector leading operational performance and development programme, relative to size.
He has also held director level roles in the automotive, data processing and software development sectors, living in Ireland, Switzerland, the US and the UK.
Dominic is a property and construction professional focused on client-side project leadership with first-hand experience of commercial, residential, mixed-use and education developments. A chartered surveyor, chartered architect and qualified project manager he has 25 years’ experience of design, planning, procurement and construction gained as client, consultant and advisor in the public, private and not for profit sectors. Originally from Cornwall, an opportunity as Head of Projects at the university campus in Penryn brought Dominic back from London in 2014, before joining Treveth in 2020. He’s never happier than when watching rugby.
Dulcie has extensive experience of working in business roles both within the public and private sector. This has included roles within the UK and overseas.
Richard has worked in various fields within the construction and property industry for more than 30 years. Married with two teenage children, Richard lives in Truro and spends his spare time with family and friends and enjoying surfing and keeping fit.
Fran started with Treveth in early 2020 providing business admin support to various areas including business operations, HR, recruitment, sales, lettings and defects etc. She coordinated the registration of Perran Housing LLP, a registered provider of social housing to allow Treveth to retain its affordable units on new schemes. Fran now acts as the Operational Lead for Perran Housing, and monitors business performance for Treveth.
Liz moved to Cornwall three years ago with her husband and teenage daughter and brings experience of working in the private sector for a number of energy companies within sales and finance.
Emma has more than 10 years of experience working in residential development within the private sector, specialising in planning and development. She has worked predominantly for national house builders based in the South West, broken up by a period in London working on major regeneration projects located across the South of England.
With more than 30 years’ experience within the construction industry in Cornwall, as a Chartered Clerk of the Works, John is passionate in ensuring that quality is delivered throughout every element of the entire build process.
Pauline is a friendly member of our team with over 10 years’ experience in both the sales and lettings of properties and prides herself on providing the highest level of customer service.
In her spare time, Pauline enjoys being active and keeping fit, completing the London Marathon in 2019, along with many other challenges.
Ben brings a wealth of knowledge from across the property industry to his role as Senior Aftercare Manager for Treveth. He relocated back to his home county of Cornwall in 2017. Previously Ben has worked on large scale schemes in West London, the South East and Cornwall. His roles have covered property management, defect management and customer service for a number of developers. He is committed to providing our customers with an exceptional level of service.
Outside of work Ben likes to be out on the water boating or kayaking.
Andy is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants with 30 years’ experience across various industry sectors, most recently working for a social housing provider.
He was born in Cornwall where he has always lived and worked.
Robert is a Chartered Building surveyor and has worked within construction related disciplines for both private and public organisations for nearly 30 years.
Working predominately in commercial property development and delivery, and estate and asset management, Robert has delivered and managed many commercial properties across Cornwall and beyond including a number of award winning offices and developments. Robert really enjoys working with businesses to deliver their property requirements and helping them get the commercial premises that fit their operational needs.
When not working Robert likes to ride his bike, watch some rugby, play a bit of golf or just walk with his family and Muggles the Schnauzer on the beach.
Mike has over 40 years’ experience in the industry as a Contractors Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager covering a wide portfolio of projects. He originally hails from just over the border in Devon but has worked in Cornwall for over 10 years and currently lives in Lostwithiel.
An avid golfer who tries to play as often as possible.
Lynsey brings a wealth of experience in property sales and marketing, coordinating all aspects of the process from inception to completion and supporting homebuyers.
She has worked for more than 10 years at a strategic level and on a wide range of residential schemes for medium sized and national developers across the South West.
Harry is a chartered surveyor, finance advisor and developer with over 20 years’ experience of investment and development in the residential sector.
Formerly a director at Savills, Harry has acted as a consultant on many high profile residential schemes for premium hotel and resort brands worldwide and latterly he has been spearheading his own co-living and HMO business in Manchester.
Having moved back to Cornwall in 2021, Harry has joined Treveth as an executive advisor and programme director for Langarth Garden Village. He’s never happier than when out on (or in) the water.
Catherine has more than 20 years of experience in various aspects of sustainability and environmental management on development sites in both the UK and overseas, and has previously worked in construction, consultancy, regulation and research roles.
Her favourite place to be is anywhere outside, and she enjoys spending her weekends on Cornwall’s beaches with her family.
Nicola brings more than 12 years’ experience working in the residential and commercial development sector in Cornwall.
She loves to spend her spare time with her family enjoying Cornwall’s amazing beaches, surfing and swimming.
Stew has extensive project management experience and brings with him a variety of skills, having led and worked on a wide range of change projects within Cornwall covering facilities management, passenger transport, commercial services, housing, HR and Corserv.
He was also the project manager in the creation of Treveth as a development company to deliver the Council’s investment and housing development programmes.
Anna has more than 15 years’ experience working within the construction industry in various roles ranging from quantity surveyor and cost consultancy through to development and planning. Her main focus has been on residential development with a small element of commercial throughout her career. She has worked both in the public and private sector across the South West and London.
Anna is at her happiest when walking her dog and surfing.
Andy is a chartered Construction Manager specialising in client-side project management delivery and has over 20 years’ experience of leading and delivering high profile, public facing construction projects.
With extensive experience of publicly funded projects, Andy has worked as the client on award-winning projects including Tate St Ives and The Box in Plymouth. He is currently leading on the delivery of various funded projects for Treveth including Town Deals and Future High Streets.
In his spare time, Andy runs a taxi service for his two teenage boys, watches a lot of football (according to his family), and can often be found in the gym, on the beach or enjoying a woodland walk.
Bethany is a University Graduate with over five years administrative experience. As Executive Assistant to the Directors, Bethany also provides administrative support to the Project Committee.
In her spare time, Bethany enjoys exploring the beautiful Cornish countryside and soaking up the coastline with her two dogs.
Cornwall born and bred, Kieran has experience working in the public sector of finance and has completed his AAT qualification.
Kim has over 20 years’ experience in housing and development in both the private and public sectors across London and the South East.
Settled in the St Austell area, she is enjoying Cornish life to the full.
Lindsey brings a wealth of sales & marketing experience working within the industry as well as many years’ project coordination experience with several multinational companies.
Lindsey lives on the North Coast and spends most of her spare time exploring the Southwest camping and kayaking.
Eloise is an environmental scientist with over 20 years experience including in decarbonisation, air quality, odour and industrial emissions. She has worked in the public and private sectors in the UK and overseas including regulatory, consultancy and project management roles. Eloise is currently leading on the commercialisation and construction of the UK’s first deep geothermal district heating network at Langarth Garden Village.
Outside work Eloise enjoys walking the beaches and countryside of North Cornwall with her dog.
Ruby is a milestone for Treveth as our first apprentice. She is committed to contributing her skills and enthusiasm to support the growth and success of this organization. With almost a decade of customer service experience, Ruby provides administrative support across the team and assists with customer queries.
Cornish maid, Ruby spends her spare time taking in all that Cornwall has to offer. She is happiest with her family, walking her dog and enjoying the coastline and woodlands.
Oscar is a chartered surveyor with over 6 years experience working in the private sector across the South West and London. Initially starting his career in Bristol at JLL, Oscar has experience in delivering and consulting on predominately residential and mixed-use development across the UK, gained as client and consultant.
When not working, Oscar is at his happiest keeping fit, playing and listening to live music and surfing.
Rob joined Treveth with experience in multi mixed residential, educational, and commercial development schemes and has worked within the built environment industry on both the contractors and architects’ sectors. He began his foundation within the industry studying ‘Construction and the Built Environment’ leading to a degree in ‘Architecture’ from Cardiff University.
In his spare time, he enjoys being outdoors surfing, walking and music events.
Jacque has a wide range of experience within accounts from working across many sectors over the years and she is currently studying for her ACCA qualification.
She recently moved from London to Cornwall to enjoy the slower pace of life, where she enjoys coastal walks and meeting up with friends.
Tom has almost 15 years of experience in the property industry across a range of roles ranging from Development Manager to being Head of Sales for a regional housebuilder. This gives him extensive knowledge of the whole development process from early feasibility through to handing over a complete home. He is passionate about good placemaking and delivering a quality product to local communities.
Outside of work Tom is a keen endurance athlete and loves getting out on his bike around Cornwall. He has recently represented Great Britain at the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii.
Rio has many years of Sales and Lettings experience in the local area as well as Customer Service, Marketing and Social Media knowledge. Having lived in Cornwall since she was a small child, she knows exactly what Cornwall has to offer and takes pride in helping people and building excellent customer relations.
In her spare time she is either watching her son play various sports or keeping fit!
Peter has worked in front line property and estate management since 2017, initially in London before moving home to his native Cornwall. His main focus is on building positive communities to live in.
Peter can be found outside of work spending time with his young family, surfing or swing dancing to jazz music.
With over 30 years in the construction industry, across four continents, working on commercial, residential and leisure projects, John brings a wealth of site management-based knowledge to the team. Quality, attention to detail and safe working processes are at the core of driving him to succeed on the projects ahead.
John is at his happiest after a long walk with his dogs and enjoying some well-earned beers after gardening.
Having worked for over 10 years in London, Toronto and Germany on blue chip projects such as Commercial Skyscrapers, Residential Condo Complexes and Pharmaceutical & Data Centers, he has now brought his wealth of experience and knowledge to Treveth. Having grown up in Cornwall, the Mission Statement of Treveth lined up with with his own goals of helping to develop this community.
In his Spare time you will find him either watching sports or in the warmer months, wild camping and cooking over an open fire!
Sheree moved to Cornwall at a young age and has lived and worked here ever since. After predominantly working in accounts roles, she now has over 10 years of experience in this sector.
Sheree enjoys cooking for her friends and family, keeping fit and going on road trips with her partner
Andy brings over 40 years worth of building experience, including 30 years in project management working within the UK and southern Europe. He is also an ex-semi professional rugby player so enjoys catching up with the rugby in his spare time as well as traveling and boating along the Cornish coastline.
Project Committee
Gordon Seabright is Chief Executive of the Horniman Museum and Gardens in London, joining the museum in 2024, and was previously Chief Executive of Creative Land Trust. Before that he led environmental charities for a decade, most recently as CEO of the Eden Project, following periods at the helm of the national cycling charity and the Royal Horticultural Society. Outside work he is a trustee of parkrun Global, Five Talents (a development charity operating in East Africa) and has recently completed a term as non-executive director of Newquay Community Orchard. He is a Fellow of the Linnean Society and an Honorary Fellow of University of Exeter Business School.
Jane has in excess of 25 years’ experience in the real estate and commercial property sector working with executive teams and boards to form and deliver development and asset management strategies. Having operated within regulated environments throughout her career, Jane has been responsible for governance and engaging employees to achieve organisational growth, including a specialism for forming joint ventures with other investors and owners of property.
Peter Andrews is a chartered surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in the development of commercial and residential property. After 15 years in director-level positions of both private and publicly quoted property development companies, Peter moved into urban regeneration and spent seven years as chief executive of the London Thames Gateway Development Corporation, responsible for the regeneration of a large part of East London surrounding the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Following the 2012 Olympics, Peter joined Vastint Hospitality B.V. as managing director where he created a £1 billion pan-European development portfolio of hotels and mixed-use developments. Since 2019 Peter has pursued his own private business interests and is also a trustee of the House of Illustration.
Phil is Strategic Director for Economic Growth and Development at Cornwall Council having formerly held the role of Service Director and Chief Planner for the Planning and Sustainable Development Service.
A member of the Council’s Corporate and Directorate Leadership Team, he has strategic responsibility for Planning & Sustainable Development, Transportation, Housing and Economic Development Services, with four service directors working directly to him.
Phil played a key role in the formation of Cornwall Council as a new Unitary Authority in 2009 and has been senior responsible officer for a number of Council-wide initiatives, developing the Council’s programme for the direct delivery of 250 homes a year, and the Council’s role in the Nansledan urban extension to Newquay and the West Carclaze Garden Village projects.

Tracey is a business leader with a wide range of international experience across 4 continents and various functions including Finance, General Management, Governance and Risk Management. She has developed a strong reputation consistently aligning strategies with overall business objectives and being a catalyst for creating sustainable change across different sectors including Social Housing, Consumer Products and Manufacturing.
Dr Simon Ashby is Professor of Financial Services at Vlerick Business School, Belgium (www.vlerick.com/en).
Simon has worked as an academic, a financial regulator and a senior operational risk manager in several UK financial institutions. He also provides training and consultancy services in risk management and is a non-executive director and Audit and Risk Committee Chair of Corserv Solutions Ltd and Cornwall Newquay Airport in the UK.
Simon has a PhD in corporate risk management from the University of Nottingham and has published many academic papers and industry reports on risk, governance, financial services regulation, banking, and insurance. His current research interests include board level risk management, cyber risk, risk culture and operational risk management.
