Blackwater Development Update: Construction Underway

We’re pleased to announce that work has begun on our Blackwater development, Trevbark Dowrdu, near St Agnes, with construction led by Melvin Construction, a Truro-based firm.

This affordable-led housing scheme will deliver 32 high-quality, sustainable bungalows for local people, featuring a mix of tenures, including affordable rental and shared ownership options.

About Trevbark Dowrdu

Situated in the heart of Blackwater, the Trevbark Dowrdu development will offer easy access to nearby amenities such as The Old Mill Village Shop and The Red Lion pub and proximity to Truro city centre six miles away, for a wider range of services and facilities.

A Sustainable Vision

This project is central to Treveth’s mission of delivering much-needed homes for local communities, with sustainability and quality at the forefront. Designed to reduce energy costs for residents, the bungalows will incorporate low-carbon operating technologies and environmentally conscious features to support more sustainable living.
