Treveth comes out on top at Insider’s South West Residential Property Awards 2025

We’re delighted to announce that Treveth has won the Sustainable Development of the Year award at Insider’s South West Residential Property Awards 2025.

The award recognises Treveth’s Bodmin site, Park Lanneves, with judges commenting: “This excellent scheme has a clear rationale to deliver homes for local people, boasting excellent social value and sustainability credentials.”

Park Lanneves adopts Treveth’s progressive and sustainable housing designs delivering on RIBA 2030 industry targets for whole-life carbon emissions. Each home has fossil-fuel-free heating via air-source heat pumps, PV panels and high levels of insulation. The brownfield town centre site maximises the sustainable walking, cycling and public transport routes to local amenities for the residents.
