Treveth launches estate management service
To offer a more personalised service to our residents and commercial tenants, we’re pleased to announce that Treveth has taken its estate management service in-house.
In relation to our residential properties, this means that Treveth will now manage the privately-owned open spaces, the un-adopted roads and un-adopted street lighting across every residential housing scheme. For flats, Treveth will also manage the communal areas of the building.
This new set-up will give our residents a more personalised service, helps to simplify and streamline our residents point of contact for their property, enabling communities to thrive. We aim to be transparent in our management and listen and act on the voice of residents where possible.
To give our residents the confidence that they are renting or buying with a reputable, high-quality house builder, Treveth will be using local contractors to support the local economy; and our Property Managers are either members or working towards being a member of the Institute of Residential Property Management.
On the commercial side, Treveth Commercial LLP will be responsible for estate management and the collection of rent and financial transactions. Again, this gives our commercial tenants a single point of contact and allows us to make informed decision-making regarding maintenance and repairs.
Taking the estates management service in-house is a natural evolution for Treveth and allows us to ensure that our high levels of customer service are reflected across all areas of the business as Treveth continues to grow.
