Treveth wins Insider SW Residential Property Award for Gwel Basset

Treveth is delighted to announce that our flagship low carbon development at Gwel Basset, Redruth has won an Insider Media South West Residential Property Award in the Large Residential Property of the Year category.

Representatives from the team and its build partners attended the glittering awards ceremony on Thursday 18th April, and were treated to a very successful and enjoyable evening.

Gwel Basset is the first residential scheme, at this scale, for Treveth and Cornwall Council, that adopts its progressive and sustainable Design Guide. The Design Guide delivers on 2030 industry targets for whole-life carbon emissions and aims to become the quality standard for Cornish residential development schemes.
