Coinagehall Street, Penzance
Penzance development – coming soon
Treveth has received planning approval for its regeneration plans for Coinagehall Street and St Anthonys Gardens in Penzance.
The scheme consists of seven commercial properties and 36 residential properties of which 11 will be affordable. There will be 25 open market properties available with 16 for rent and 9 for sale.
Regeneration work for St Anthonys Gardens includes introducing a public event space and lawns to encourage increased community use of the gardens, making the gardens more inclusive for all users by introducing British Standard compliant access routes, increasing the amount of seating in the gardens and maximising the views of both bays, introducing two boules courts and revitalising and increasing the planting in the gardens to increase biodiversity.
We aim to start on site early 2025. Please keep an eye on our website and social media pages for updates.
