St Austell development – coming soon

Treveth has acquired land at Penwinnick Road, St Austell, which consisted of two empty council offices and the grade II listed Pondhu House and Stables. After acquiring Homes England brownfield grant funding, we have safely demolished the site to bring forward a sustainable mixed used development.

We are proposing one, two, three and four bedroom new homes and a small commercial centre. There will be a mix of open market homes for sale and rent with 25% of these falling under affordable homes.
