Treveth has exchanged contracts on the site at the former Cornwall Council Office Campus on Treyew Road in Truro and a detailed planning application for the first phase of 50 homes, as well as an outline planning application for a further 80 homes across the wider site is underway.

We are proposing a mix of one, two, three and four bedroom homes for this site which will include open market homes for sale and rent, plus affordable tenures, all within the hustle and bustle of Truro’s city centre.
