Regeneration of former Truro Cornwall Council Office Campus on Treyew Road, Truro

The former Cornwall Council Office Campus on Treyew Road, Truro, is set to become the focus of an important regeneration scheme for the local area.
Funded by Treveth, the Treyew Road scheme will see the construction of up to 130 much-needed homes for the town. These will be delivered in four phases; the first of which will consist of 50 homes. The new neighbourhood will be designed to enhance social connections and create a supportive vibrant environment for residents.
A mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4-bed homes will be built on the 2.3.ha site, delivering a range of tenures including open market rent, affordable rent, and shared ownership for those who live, work or have family connections in the immediate vicinity of Truro. This approach is designed to discourage second home ownership.
Designs for the scheme, which are currently evolving, will be shaped by feedback from the community events held over the coming months, prior to the submission of a planning application for the site.
