Cornish developer Treveth has opened the doors to its show home at Gwel Basset, Tolgus, which is set to be a market leading low carbon estate housing scheme.
House hunters interested in an open market home at Gwel Basset, located in the Tolgus area of Redruth, are invited to make an appointment with Bradleys Estate Agents to view the three bedroom show home. This will give visitors to the much-anticipated site a chance to visualise what the energy-efficient homes at Gwel Basset will ultimately look like.
Located opposite Redruth School, Gwel Basset is Treveth’s first scheme the Cornish developer is building under its own design and sustainability manual which sets new standards for quality, design, and low carbon development in Cornwall.
Gwel Basset will ultimately deliver 185 new homes with a mix of one, two, three and four bedroom homes available to those who live, work in or have family connections in the immediate vicinity of the site. There will be 90 homes for private rent, 22 for open market sale, 61 affordable rent and 12 shared ownership properties.
Bradleys Estate Agents are currently accepting appointments for house hunters interested in open market homes only with viewings for shared ownership and rental homes being taken by Treveth at a later date.
At the appointment, visitors will be able to find out more about the open market properties that are ready to reserve and wander around the three bedroom Lamorna show home.
