Treveth breaks ground on Normandy Way Business Hub to support local businesses in Cornwall
Treveth Commercial is proud to announce construction has started on the Normandy Way Business Hub in Bodmin — a major new investment in Cornwall’s business infrastructure.
Located on the established Walker Lines Industrial Estate, the scheme will deliver seven high-quality, sustainable workspace units designed to meet the needs of light industrial, manufacturing, distribution, and warehousing occupiers.
This project is part-funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. Cornwall Council is responsible for managing projects funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund through the Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly Good Growth Programme.
The project reflects Treveth’s wider mission to deliver flexible, tenant-focused commercial space that helps local businesses grow while contributing to Cornwall’s economy and environment.
Construction, led by Poltair Construction Ltd, started in August 2025 and completion is anticipated March 2026. Once complete, the development will offer 910 sqm (9,795 sq ft) of modern, adaptable space capable of supporting up to 25 employees.
Each unit is built to B2/B8 use class and features:
- 6m eaves height and open-plan design
- Solar PV panels and EV charging
- Sustainable construction and high insulation standards
- Roller shutter doors, car parking, and cycle storage
- Space for mezzanine floors to expand as businesses grow
The Normandy Way Business Hub is part of Treveth’s growing commercial portfolio, building on our track record of delivering high-quality workspace across Cornwall.
